Order Tracking We will be informed you as soon as your product is shipped by email or fax upon request. A tracking number will also be provide at that time for you to trace your order. Product damage or Defective On Arrival product All products are carefully inspected and packed before shipping, if the package is damaged, please contact us immediately. If the product arrive DOA - Defective on arrival, you have to report it within 72 hours, any defect or damage after the 72 hours period will consider warranty repair. Warranty service All products sold by avQueen Photography Specialist carry a manufacturer's international or avQueen in house warranty. Warranty period is vary between brand, for any warranty or repair issue, please contact our Service Department - service@avqueen.com.
