This page contains important information regarding the proper handling of
your equipment and warranty. At avQueen, your satisfaction is our highest
priority.
Receiving Your Order
When
you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your
new merchandise, please carefully inspect the contents and condition. All claims
for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Customer service within
two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package
arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. All packaging MUST be
retained until the problem has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and
inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging.
DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards. As all warranty are
provided by us, filling out the warranty card is not necessary. We cannot
accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of damaged or
missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging
materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are
completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
Read all instruction
manuals before testing your equipment.

Specialist will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental
damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
Return, exchange and refund Policy
Our
policy is that you may return, exchange or refund an item, if the product
is not in the same condition as advertised. Special order items are not
allow for return, exchange or refund. Money back guarantee only apply
on products condition and do not apply on change of mind. Prior to
returning any item, YOU MUST contact Customer Service for pre-approval and
obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from avQueen.com is sold in
its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the
manufacturer. Items can be returned only and only if in original packaging,
same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank warranty
cards. We will refund your total purchase price excluding any shipping and
handling charge within a period of fourteen (14) days for Photo equipment
and seven (7) days for Digital equipment. Please ship the items back to us
prepaid. For your protection, please ship your package with insurance and
tracking. avQueen Photography Specialist cannot be responsible for lost or
damaged packages. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. If
any of the above conditions are not met, avQueen Photography Specialist
reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for
not less then 20%. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Warranties
Most
items sold by avQueen.com are covered by a manufacturer's warranty handled
by us. Please contact cs@avqueen.com for warranty repair.
